Yes they ambidextrous safety. They went on my taurus easily.

Are these grips all aluminum or just coated aluminum finish?

Solid aluminum. I laser engraved them for a customer.

Y doesn't it come with polished screws?

Because they are selling the grips only. You can use your old screws or buy polished screws somewhere else.
