EDIT: I have tried using the product to make a key for a 2007 BMW and it did not work,but I did make one for a 2005 model. The product isn’t that good,and for the money you would expect to work with most cars,it even says so. I am disappointed and am looking to return I recently purchased the Autel KM100 key programming tool, and it has exceeded my expectations. Tool paid for itself with the keys I have been able to program, 2 keys made for dodge Durango, 2 keys made for 2011 ram 1500, 2 keys made for 2006 ram 1500, 1 key made for 2009 charger. Haven't tested with other makes besides dodge yet

Hands down the best customer service I've received! The first order arrived defective from an Amazon fulfillment center, I requested a refund and reordered. That's where it would have ended with most companies, but Autel customer service was very professional, prompt and apologetic and offered me a free AL519 for my troubles, even though it was no direct fault of Autel. Very generous of them and even followed up to ensure my satisfaction. Vanessa is first class! With this level of customer support, I will definitely be purchasing again from Autel.
