I ordered a second one because I loved the first one so much! The first has held up very well and I wanted a second one to cut down my baking time. It has performed just as well as the older one that still shows no wear. It's easy to use and creates a unique pattern and also an even and detailed edge that gets a lot of compliments. Everybody always asks how in the world I got the design on the inside of the tart shell wall. The non-Stick coating on the pan has held up. The silicone ring has not warped nor changed. These 2 pans have worked so well for me and I love the unique design of them. I also ordered the other pan design that is evenly fluted and expect it to work equally as well. Highly Recommend!

I’m not sure what the silicone ring is for, I baked a tart for Thanksgiving and used it without the ring as I’m used to with other pans and it turned out perfect! No crust stuck to the pan, it slid out of the outer shell easily and it hasn’t scratched although we’ve not had it very long. Highly recommend!

A nice-sized pan for making tarts. We like that, similar to a spring-form pan, the bottom of this item can be separated from the sides. Extracting the finished tart is so much easier.

Easy to clean, easy to use, pies popped out smoothly. And they looked beautiful and fancy without much effort.

Bought this item to make my first tart, I was NOT disappointed, the appearance of my tart was perfect, you could see the edges were BAKED very easily without crumbling during baking. Works very well for graham crust, the pan is light weight and 9’’ storage capacity pan was SPOT-ON for my recipe as it did call for a 9”. Heat distribution during baking was ACCURATE on as my crust was perfectly browned! The red rubber shaped that was included didn’t serve much purpose. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
