The Watts AquaLock Mini Series offers exceptional versatility and reliability in POU (Point of Use) installations and drinking water systems, beverage service, and water filtration applications. Compatible with polyethylene, PEX, and soft copper tubing, these fittings ensure a secure connection that enhances the flow capacity by joining the tubing on the outside, which not only maximizes water flow but also allows the fittings to rotate under pressure, providing high flexibility during installation.
The AquaLock Series' one-piece construction means no parts to assemble, and their high-performance polypropylene material offers corrosion resistance and long-lasting wear. Additionally, they feature a unique O-ring guide that protects the O-ring from damage, ensuring a zero-leak connection.
Certified and tested under ANSI/NSF-61 for approved contact with drinking water, these AquaLock Mini Couplings are capable of being used for hot and cold water applications, including behind-the-wall applications. Furthermore, after a connection has been made even under maximum pressure, the tubing is able to swivel, making these fittings ideal for vibrating and dynamic applications and especially suitable for DIY pipe repair and installations involving low-pressure fluids.
