cheddar love, good mouth feel, crisp but not too hard texture,
To each their own, but I really like these Farmhouse Cheddar crackers. I have enjoyed various Simple Mills products, and not because I am on any special diet. I simply like the ingredients, quality, and flavor. Some more than others. With these cheddar crackers I like them a whole lot. I am a big fan of cheese-its, and I am pleased that these give me that vibe w/o sticking annoyingly to my teeth and being totally empty calories. I mean, I will still buy those, but I am reaching for these when I dont want a junk snack, or when I want to add some to meal. Looking forward to trying them in tomato soup! Firm and crispy yet has good "give". Not as flaky/powdery as cheese-its, but not as hard and crunchy like some plain almond, or worse, rice crackers can be. Has good mouth feel. I like that the size is similar to cheese-its, but just a tiny bit bigger in that I can pair it with a dip. I had a hankering for some cream cheese, and these worked so well. I didnt have to smear the cream cheese on with a knife, I could sorta cut into it with the cracker. I dont rate on price. I bought them, right? We all have different needs, budgets, preferences, needs, prices fluctuate, etc. I do look out for sales. Even without a sale, I will purchase these again.

DELICIOUS SNACK CRACKERS.
I have a small handful almost every day. They are healthy almond flour and really cheesy and tasty.

Toddler approved!
Love these that they are clean ingredients and my toddler likes them, so a great alternative to cheeze it's crackers. I love the ingredients are simple and clean with no natural flavors, which i try to avoid. I believe the overall quality and texture is great since my almost 3 year old approves of them. I'm not sure, or too concerned of the carb content and I don't believe them to be too addictive, as the ideas for reviews suggest. Lol anyhow I approve because of the clean ingredients, though lacks nutrients on the nutrient label but still better alternative to cheeze-its and the ingredients for those. Plus it's toddler approved by my toddler.

The perfect "clean" swap
I am obsessed with these cheddar crackers. Honestly, they are so good that I don’t even feel guilty if I end up snacking on the whole box, which is a huge change from most unhealthy snacks. They have that perfect crunch without any of the dyes or low-quality oils you usually find in cheddar crackers. My sister’s kids absolutely love them, too! She has officially switched to these as the "clean" alternative for them since the ingredients are so simple. Whether you’re looking for a healthy snack for yourself or something better for the kids, you really can't beat these.

Tasty, low carb friendly, gluten-free option!
As a gluten-free, sugar-free, low carb household, we've searched high and low for quality convenience products to supplement our very restrictive diet without compromising our standards for nutrition. These crackers come close to meeting our needs, but not entirely. I haven't found the perfect match for us yet, so these are our best option for now. Check the date on the box. We have received a few that expired too quickly, and tasted stale. Sometimes you can smell that the ingredients are rancid. When we get a really fresh batch though, they are very good. I am low carb and enjoy having a serving with my salads and sometimes as a snack with sliced cheese, cream cheese, or cottage cheese. They are great served on a charcuterie board with ordeirves. I don't eat fried foods and sometimes just crave something to crunch that isn't a veggie. I'm happy with the variety of flavors offered. My only request would be that they add a little more spices, herbs or seasonings...and offer even more flavors, such as BBQ, Ranch or French Onion, Bacon, Sweet Onion with poppy seeds, Tex-Mex, Asian (toasted sesame seed), Indian (butter chicken, cardamon, etc.). So many possibilities!!! The cons: cost per ounce, no options for buying in bulk with a discount, lack of consistency in freshness, shortness of shelf life. I would think this product could be packaged better for longer shelf life and freshness without using additives or artificial preservatives.

1 bad "rancid cheese" box in a 3-pack order - POSSIBLE DECEPTIVE COMPANY/SELLER...
Bought the Simple Mills Almond Flour Crackers, Farmhouse Cheddar (3-pack) and the expiration date was only 2 months out. One of the 3 boxes was rancid and had a foul smell. I should have read more of the reviews... It seems from what I've found that Simple Mills may be using deceptive business practices and placing the consumer after profits. MORE DETAIL: I've order this Farmhouse Cheddar variety a few times and they've been mostly ok. On this last purchase of a 3-pack of the Farmhouse Cheddar, I found a bad box. Right after opening it, I noticed a foul smell. At first, I couldn't put my finger on why it smelled different than what I had eaten before. Then after a good 1 or 2 more whiffs, I realized what I was smelling. It was spoiled cheese. When I checked the expiration date, it showed that they still had a month left. So I wasn't sure why they were bad. Are they shipping bad product mixed in with multi-packs to scam the consumer and cut losses? Do they go rancid a month prior to the expiration date? Well, after digging in and reading more reviews, it seems like this is a fairly common issue. And I found several reviews that said they had issues with 1 out of the 3 boxes in the multi packs also. So, it points to deceptive selling practices I'm guessing from Simple Mills as the shipper and seller both are listed as Amazon.com. I thought Simple Mills was going to be a great company offering many difficult-to-find gluten free and low carb options. But if their business model is to put the consumer 2nd over profits and use deceptive business practices, I have to say I've changed my mind about Simple Mills. I wouldn't invest in their company and I certainly won't be buying any more of their products. It's really too bad, though. I did like the crackers as an alternative to the traditional wheat flour crackers. I just can't support a company that is dishonest.

Disappointed. Taste ok but only one small bag per box. Way too much $$ for what you get!

Way too small of a package for the money
