These RDX shorts offer amazing freedom of movement. The side slits are high enough for unrestricted high kicks, and the stretch panels really help during grappling. I purchased the RDX MMA Shorts for my son, who was training for MMA, and they’ve been a fantastic choice! The material is light, breathable, and of excellent quality. The large waistband is incredibly comfortable, making them great not only for training and kickboxing but also for everyday wear. The sizing was spot on, and the bright color still looks as good as new, even after several washes. These shorts combine functionality with style, and my son loves them. Great training shorts. I specifically do nogi bjj and these shorts are fantastic for that. No outside pockets (there is a hidden inner pocket), no loose fabric, no exposed drawstring looks for your opponents fingers to get caught in. They are elastic waistband with the drawstring on the inside of short. Nice length and elasticity to allow for good movement. After one training session in them, I came back and bought 2 more pairs to have them in rotation.

Was having a hard time finding shorts that would fit 3XL (44-46) but these are great, very light - yet sturdy. Perfect fit, exactly the look I was going for and still have a nice soft feel even after multiple washes. I like the look of the logo being small, but still having some unique style. Great value for the price.

Comfortable, light weight, fir great and didnt fall down when rolling. Machine wash is a must. So far so good!! 5'8" 185-190lb

Very true to size they very stretchy making it easy to kick and do BJJ in awesome shorts I’ll wear them in fights if I can!

These are very good shorts for various forms of exercise. They are very lightweight and have a good stretch. I will see how durable they are over time. They look very nice and feel very comfortable. Great freedom of movement.
