Does it fit on Mcfarlane Toys?

I have purchase this particular head sculpture. It's a 1/6 scale, that attaches to a 12 inch figuire body. If I'm correct McFarland makes a figuire at 7 inches in size. When I purchase the head, I always order the body and clothing separately. If you order the head sculpture the seller will inform on the size of the body, needed it may not fit or even look good.
