A good insight into the coaching regimes of the Springboks. Being an outsider (non South African) I would never have known what could be described as the 'dirt' in the administration of the sport. The vested interests, consistent in fighting, political interests and balancing acts make the coaching job almost a dance. The Boks are still able to be top performers despite all this.

Was a good read. Did not go into a lot of detail however given the subject there is no doubt a huge amount of info which had to be left out due to space constraints. Recommend.
