Worked perfect for my project, kept the hat in perfect form.

I did buy medium cell foam with one sticky side to install inside the shell to give more cushion. If I hit my head getting into a car it works great. Without the bump hat I would get another concussion. It fits into my baseball cap. You can't tell it is in there.The foam makes it more comfortable as well.

I tucked this into one of my old ball caps and it was perfect for working in the attic. Less bulky than a hard hat, and stayed on my head more securely. I do have a smaller head, and trimmed the very back tabs off, but the velcro closure on the cap had it fitting just perfect.

I ordered several options for the team to try. There were others that are far more comfortable and flexible.

This was a great find for the caps that my husband wears as he had surgery on his skull and it needs to be protected. The regular caps did not afford this type of protection but he was unwilling to give up his logo caps. These Bump Caps fit into the had and afford him the extra protection that he needs. We all are relieved.

Used to dry caps after washing in mesh bag. No more looking for Coffee can or something to help them hold their shape. Never wore it. Really didn't buy it to be worn.

This offers good coverage and the top portion is sturdier than it looks. In the pictures it seemed like it may be flimsy or not very effective, but it seems to offer good protection. It also doesn't add too much weight or bulk.

Here's the deal. Wash dirty hat in washing machine. Remove and put hat reshaper on hat. Spray liberally with spray starch or sizing. Let dry.Presto. You have a like new looking hat.noelvlm
