TAMASHII NATIONS - Monster Hunter Rise - Mizutsune, Bandai Spirits S.H.MonsterArts Action Figure

I love action figures and fantasy animals. This is much more expressive than those static dragons you get from big box stores, and with the added accessories, you can easily create scenes with it. It's more posable than any figure I have, but as it's only about a foot long it has a lot of small, delicate joints. I had to glue the first neck fin back on since it fell off easily, and the rear right leg came off at the hip. Sanding the pieces a little helped loosen them and fix the issue. Overall, I like it a lot! EDIT: I have since bought more figures from the S.H. Monsterarts lineup, and overall the quality is good. I have had a few loose parts, a foot here, a fin there, but I haven't gotten a completely defective product yet (though I hear that can happen). Most of them have come in perfectly good condition, and any parts that were loosened in shipping were usually easily reattached like snapping building blocks together. I would like to drop a warning here that a lot of these figures have very sharp points (claws, scales, etc.) and are not a good choice if buying for little kids, who could hurt themselves if they're careless. They're also less durable than toys made for younger consumers as they have a lot more movable parts that can be removed/ replaced for display options. Some of these parts are also small and could be lost or eaten if not carefully stored. Definitely more a display piece than a toy. But a lot of fun to pose and create action scenes with.

The colors and details on this figure are breathtaking! Like a lot of Monsterarts figures, you can slightly move the side scales, back fins, and crest with more movement for the limbs and head. It comes with a nice bubble base that he can sit on. There's also a bubble breath attack you can put in his mouth with a stand support to keep it upright, but the instructions mention the mouth details are fragile. I also couldn't seem to get the stand support to fit just right so I opted to not risk damaging it and ignored the bubble breath.

Mizutsune is one of my favorite monsters and I was hyper when I saw this statue The detail is amazing and the statue is stunning. However I have an issue where the joint to connect the front body to the back body won't connect, and I have no clue how to make them connect, so I have a parted Mizutsune on my desk now.. if anyone knows how I can fix it, It would be greatly appreciated since I want him to be whole. But all in all I love this statue and its right up the alley <3

Ita a really well made model. Only critique is that its a bot fragile but other than that its a great model for diaplay.

I don't think I would have purchased this to begin with if it weren't for the fact that I put 200 hours into the game while getting a divorce. For its $100+ price tag, I feel it either needed to be more sturdily built, or just larger. The joints in the knees, shoulders, and hips, are too small to accommodate it's weight. Mine just collapses under its own weight. The tail fan is molded out of solid, and I mean *solid* plastic. It needed to be hollow. That tail is having a love affair with whatever surface it's placed on. As soon as i let go, the tail fan rushes towards its lover like a boy home from war. Doesnt matter how I position it or counter the weight. There's not much gradients to the paint work. Literally each sleeve is painted a different color, some more obvious than others. The heel, knee, and wrist sleeves are the biggest offenders. Biggest issue: I look at this thing wrong and pieces fall off. i have 4 tamashii nations evas, so I know I'm not being too rough with it. That leaves a pretty big caveat to owning this, can't fidgit with it, can't pose it. I don't think I can bring myself to return it though. Guess you should disregard everything I said then, huh?

I love the way it looks it's super pretty and very detailed. i'm only gonna take away one star because it's a little heavy on the back so it won't stand properly in some poses. and also the head is a little wobbly but that could be because i got a preowned one.

I got this for my granddaughter. She loves it!

j'ai acheté cette figurine en pensant pourvoir l'intégrer dans mes stop motion mais malheureusement cette figurine n'est au rendez vous par rapport a son prix… quand j'ai ouvert la boite la jambe de la figurine était disloquée et la queue est tombée alors que j'examinais la figurine. c'est dommage car elle est très bien détaillée, mais elle a sa place que sur une étagère. donc croyez moi elle ne vaut pas son prix, préférez prendre une figurine statique pour moins cher, au moins vous êtes sur qu'elle ne se brisera pas en mille morceau dans vos mains.

塗装と造形はゲームで見たものとほぼ似ています！ 美しいフィギュアです！ 背中部分のヒレがクリア素材になっている点が特に良いです。 大きさも大きすぎたり小さすぎず適度です。 ただし、ボール関節の多いものとは別にゲーム上でのポーズの中で再現できるのは一部だけです。 シグネチャーポーズの一つである体を丸く飲むことはできず残念です。 テールパーツの大きさが大きく重いため、ポージング中にテールジョイントがよく抜けます。 首と背フィンはフィンはボールジョイントで固定されていますが、1つがうまく固定されず、よく抜けました。 そういう点を除けば全体的に大丈夫です。 付属パーツである泡と水大砲も素敵です！

The figure is nicely painted and it arrived on time. One foot and two fins came detached, but the giftee popped them back in with a bit of effort.
