I love it! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great for most workouts. *by C***A on October 11, 2023* The bench is sturdy and good quality but... the foam padding is way to hard, when trying to do hip thrust it hurts your back if you can do them at all because the bend is really high. I will probably be returning it. Update: So I kept the bench in the end, I have been using it for a while now (almost 4 months), and I had to increase the rating to 5 stars, because even though I cannot use it for hip thrusts which is what I bought it for in the beginning, the truth is, it has been great for other exercises such as Bulgarian split squats, step ups, seated leg raise with resistance bands, single leg RDL's, I even use it with regular RDL's since it hits the right spot in the back of my legs to give me support for better form. It has also worked great for seated good mornings, and it has also been a great support bench for the days when I do back, chest and tricep exercises. It is sturdy, well made, quality, it really holds up, I am so glad I didn't return it, it is great for the price.
