I bought these because I didn't need our huge, long strand of lights to decorate a picture board. The lights themselves were really easy to hang and found just using a staple gun held them up with no issues. The lights are bright but not overly bright. I love the soft glow that they have to them. The quality of the lights are really good because after the party, they did get wet but they still work. Highly durable in all sorts of weather. Personally, I love the look and the friends and family we had over thought the board with the lights looked cute and fun. While I do have these removed from the board, one of my kids took a strand and has them in their room for decoration. They really are the perfect size for small areas to decorate with.

I love these! The lights give a soft warm light glow. Bright enought to light backsides of my fisherman floats, but not offensive like white LED lights. Definitely would buy again

the lights are very bright but when i go to unplug it it's like pulling teeth i'm afraid i'll rip the socket out the wall because of how hard i have to pull and the lights get warm pretty quickly

Strung up these lights on my porch about three weeks ago for the holiday season and they give off that classic warm white glow that LED lights just don’t replicate. The green wire blends in well with my garland and wreaths. At 13 feet per strand with the ability to connect up to 10 strands together, I had enough length to cover my porch railing and front door area. The steady-lit feature works as described - even with a bulb missing the rest of the strand stays lit which is convenient. The IP44 waterproof rating has held up through some rain so far without issues. Now out of the two 50-count strands I received, about 6 bulbs total were either broken or loose in the packaging. The 4 spare bulbs included helped but I still had a couple burned spots. Quality control could be better. Replacing bulbs is easy enough but disappointing for new lights. The connectable design worked fine when linking the two strands together. The incandescent bulbs do put off some heat which is noticeable when you touch them after they’ve been on awhile. Power consumption is higher than LEDs obviously. For traditional Christmas light aesthetics these deliver that nostalgic warm glow, just inspect the bulbs carefully when you first open the package.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

When it comes to the tree, the first thing that I noticed was how cozy the light is when it has been wrapped and switched on. Rather than being washed out, the radiance gives the impression of being kind and welcoming, which makes decorations and ribbons appear more vibrant. When I wrap a tree, I often do it in a gradual manner, burying lights deeper in some areas and allowing them to sit closer to the outside branches in other areas. This gives the tree a sense of depth throughout. It was simple to navigate them through the branches, and I did not get the impression that I had to struggle to get the strand to stay in place. After making a quick adjustment to the spacing, the tree seemed to have an equitable distribution of light from the top to the bottom. There were no noticeable dark pockets, and I did not feel the need to continually retuck certain pieces each time someone went by. The beginning of the second strand was a garland that was strung along a stair rail. As nighttime accent lighting, it worked really well for me since I wanted a subtle contour rather than a stark strip of light. It added a touch of merriment to the garland without imparting a too-bright atmosphere to the corridor. After some time had passed, I repurposed the same strand for a birthday supper by putting it against a plain background and winding it around the perimeter of a wall hanging. It made the dining space seem more deliberate and provided a faint glimmer to the images, but overall, it remained in the background, which is how excellent décor should be.
