This is a choke hazard! I have to break them on several pieces, I don’t know why the pill has to be so big and oddly shaped

Omg this is the best. Takes a couple of hours to kick in but I like it better than nsaids.

So far so good . No flavor , easy to take & never upsets my stomach. Feel like my knees might be feeling a touch better . I am only just started my 2nd bottle so it might be too soon to give a full opinion.
