Excellent quality product, been using this since 8 months and still feels extremely comfortable on every use. In my case the seats and interior is all black so the strap is not visible but if your seats are bright coloured the strap is visible to the rear seat passengers and it's a massive strap. Overall great product, highly recommended!

Is soft. Too soft, to be a memory foam but is comfortable. I am using it for my office chair. It is serving my purpose of giving neck support while relaxing with chair full push back on. I don't yet know how it will be in the car. Have to find out that one. Will update, by and by. I don't know what is the purpose of the velcro band. There is no matching female velcro anywhere on the product, nor is there any help on how to use this. Will help if someone can guide.
