I purchased this accessory to allow me to use these peripherals and to have two slots to charge my controller and headphones as needed. This adapter does fit the unit quite well and looks sleak, but the quality of connections available is poor. My headphones consistently cut out and lost sound when their dongle was plugged in and the hard drive, meant to operate off a USB 3.0 connection, struggled to load media at normal speed as well. I finally decided to charge my accessories through my TV and use the ports on the PS4 for the headphone dongle and hard drive as before.
