Great little product BUT wasn’t the correct power for the UAE. Has to buy a converter

warning for non US customers, it's only for 110V

Though the product is cute and has a nice color but we cannot use it in UAE due to voltage requirement.

Item is 110V only. Had to return it as it doesn't work in UAE without a 110-220V transformer.

This is amazing for small projects, be it caps, shoes, small decors etc. it is working fine and I love it.

Not a UK plug, so useless

Wish I had checked the reviews but ordered on the service from a friend. Will have to return. This cannot be used for me in Ireland

The description doesn't mention that it comes with a US plug. Now it's usable since I need to buy a 220v to 110v converter.

Yes, it does the job but this is a bit costly product and took some time to get delivered. The heat setting 1 does the job fine. If the heat setting is more than 1 then the fabric or the print/media sometimes get damaged.
