Really happy with these outlet covers as they matched the others in my house and are easy to use daily.The only downside was the screws that came with for installation were too long and didn't fit my outlets in all places, so, I had to go to Home Depot to get a different size. All in all, very good, just, wouldn't hurt to provide a couple more screws of varying lengths to ensure easy install!

We have struggled to find universal safety outlet covers that actually work with our outlets. All of the covers we have purchased have screw holes further apart than our outlets, so we are unable to use the 3 screw option. These outlet covers come with plugs to cover the spare screw holes and so far the plugs seem secure enough that my baby will not be able to pick at them and get them out. The self closing feature worked great....until the outlet covers were installed. Once the covers were installed the self closing feature did not work quite as well as they stuck a little keeping them open. However, I found this was easily fixed. It is very easy to over tighten the center screw which causes the centwr of the outlet cover to cave in slightly which made the self closing covers stick. By simply loosening the screw a half turn (sometimes 1 full turn) it solved the problem and i had no more problems with the covers closing automatically. Of the 6 I bought I am only able to use 4 as 2 of them have the wire out of place and even after trying to put the wire back how it goes the outlet covers (self closing feauture) still do not function.I like the look of these covers, but was disappointed with having 2 that do not function properly and how easy it is to overtighten the center screw making the covers not function properly.

We got these outlet covers for our daughters room (age 6) after our youngest daughter was born. It’s been awesome because our older daughter can still use the outlets, but our baby cannot put things inside the outlets. Works great for our family! Highly recommend.

Did the job, keeps my toddler away from the outlet

Great concept, clear directions, easy installation. I do wish the screws that came with the plates had white heads-- they are silver and stick out against an otherwise slick design. (I would have used my existing white screws, but they are too short for these plates.) They do come with white plugs to cover any unused screw holes, as there is the option to use three.Still I will be ordering more of these outlet covers!

These plates are too thick.I don't see how these would work for anyone's outlets as I have never seen an outlet stick far out enough for this to work. The spring mechanism looked to be working nicely though.

For some reason after installing them I could only use one (either the top or bottom) outlet. But if I switch back to my original outlet covers I could use both just fine. This happened with every outlet I tried to replace

Awesome product, looks nice and covers outlets well. Fairly easy to push out of the way when you need to use the outlet, but not too easy (because that would defeat the purpose of covering the outlet!)
