Good book for spelling

Good for grade level

This book is pretty ridiculous. The first four weeks are all different kinds of amphibians. Most of the word lists are for very specialized topics and not nearly as useful for 9th graders as they could be. There also isn't much context given or many useful exercises -- just lists of words that they're supposed to look up themselves and several that aren't even in most dictionaries.
