I drink these very often. They taste great, this is my favorite flavour of the ones they make. My girlfriend says they taste similar to tea, and that might be why I like them. I grew up drinking Arizona Iced Tea, and it does have a similar taste with carbonation. The can says it will help you focus, and I can say it makes me less distracted. I am not sure how it works, but sometimes it is more helpful than others. They can be very effective if you are not drinking them super often. Overall, it is a little bit more than I would like to pay for a can, but it helps me lock in at work when I need to so I will keep buying them.

I LOVE the raspberry lemon. It tastes just like a raspberry and a sprinkle of lemon was muddled in a sparking water. Lemon is more secondary. These drinks have absolutely saved me while grieving my mother. It is the only self care I really prioritized. If I drink one before bed, I go to bed more easily and I stay asleep. If they can provide aid during this terrible time, imagine what they can do for a “normal” circumstance. I have tried the grapefruit, it’s true to description but I’m not a very citrus forward person. I also enjoy the rose when I miss the wine taste without the headache. Rose is more dry, very similar to a wine. For everyday, I pick raspberry lemon hands down.

These taste really good and do not have the sparkling carbonation found in sodas. I don’t drink alcohol often and wanted a nonalcoholic option that felt like a drink. This is perfect!

I had high hopes for Recess given all the hype around its stress-relief and relaxation benefits, but I must say I’m extremely disappointed. I tried the drink expecting to feel at least a slight sense of calm or focus, as advertised. Unfortunately, I experienced zero effects — absolutely no change in mood, relaxation, or stress levels. The flavor was decent, but that's not why I bought it. For the price, I expected it to deliver on its promises, and it simply didn’t. I feel like I paid a premium for fancy packaging and marketing, with no real substance to back it up. If you’re looking for an actual stress-relieving or functional beverage, I’d recommend looking elsewhere. This one was a total letdown.

So worth it! Makes me super calm and sleepy. Helps when I’m angry or just need to chill.

There’s a weird after taste.

Great taste! I drink one after dinner to wind down for the evening. I don’t even miss my wine.

Just what I need after a long day! Really takes the edge off without the guilt.
