I love these supplements and take them almost daily, as needed. I find just taking a single pill is enough to get me focused and moving again in the afternoon. I like the idea of the natural ingredients and they swallow easily. Since each is a low dose of caffeine, I don’t worry much about jitteriness or digestive discomfort. Everyone is different in their tolerance of course. I don’t drink caffeinated beverages typically so these are a great way to benefit reliably from Nature’s gifts.

I'm a 50 year old woman, who is simply falling apart at the seams and suffering from a lack of energy. I enjoy the taste of coffee but it doesn't have any impact on my energy levels. I did discover as I'm getting older that my stomach doesn't do well with certain foods, especially the acidic nature of coffee. So, I tried something else... Next on my list was Starbucks triple shot energy drinks. I found myself liking the taste of these too much!! These did provide a slight increase in energy however by the end of the day, I was wiped out and ready for bed by 7:00 pm So, on to something else... I am now trying these energy supplements. Today is day one. I tried just one pill vs the recommended two per serving based on previous reviews. I do have an increased level of energy but nothing too alarming. It may be a placebo effect right now and in time, I will know more. The only side effect I feel thus far, is a very, very slight headache. The headache could also be contributed by dehydration, which I am prone to. I will update more as time progresses.

I don't want to write anything negative about this product as it is probably really good and effective. I really wanted to try them too. I just want to write my experience for those who experience issues with pill sizes like I do. My throat passageway is smaller than average so I often experience not being able to swallow items such as various food products, pills, etc. This applies to these tablets as well as they were too large for me to swallow. I'm sure many who order it don't have this problem. They were too big for me however to cut in half and very thick and solid. They are too large for a pill cutter and too thick to cut in half with a knife or pill cutter. The blades will not cut through it. Again I don't want to discourage anyone from buying it as they probably have no problem swallowing them. However for those who have a small throat passageway like myself they may be too large for you as well.

Not as much caffeine milligrams as I thought it was. It's only 75 mg That's less than a cup of coffee. It's fine.

Why are you out? This is good. Please bring it back.

I really could not even tell I took it. It gave me no energy boost and no pep at all. The ingredients suggested this would be a good supplement. Why did you pick this product vs others?: The ingredients often provide energy.
