This has been a staple in my skincare/makeup routine for some time now. I use it as primer. It really nourishes my face whether I wear makeup or not. It smells like roses too which I love. Very elegant feeling.

I think for the right skin this product would be really great. For mine, it just wasn’t the right product. I’m still giving 4 stars because it definitely moisturized my skin and held my makeup in place all day which was wonderful. Unfortunately it did just make my skin feel a bit irritated and itchy but I have sensitive skin. It also made my t-zone look very shiny but I realize those have more to do with my skin as it is than the product. Even for my skin, it did what it was advertised to do, it just didn’t leave my face feeling the best. I use some of their other products which I absolutely love so I still recommend this brand just make sure to buy products that are right for your skin type!

This is the most disgusting smelling skincare product I have ever had the misfortune of wasting money on. You can literally smell rotting flowers when the cap is still on. The whole #3 line smells like this so I know I didn't just get a one off bad tube. I will never buy anything from this company again.

Love the way it makes my skin feel. I don't detect any scent in it. My sensitive skin like it.

Love this. Smooth and creamy, feels like silk on my skin. Makes my foundation smooth and blend so much better.

I am just about to order my third tube. It is expensive for a senior like me. ( I am 80 years old. ) However, It really provides a good base for my CC cream. I use a serum, then moisturizer, wait awhile and put on a pea-sized amount of the Velvet Beauty Cream #3 when I am going out somewhere. It smoothes my larger pores on my chin area and wrinkles elsewhere. ( I still have wrinkles showing but this cream blurs them ). I find the rose scent pleasant despite having asthma.

A little goes a long way with this make up primer. It has a strong rose scent though so not for those who are sensitive/averse to rose
