This vacmop combo is fantastic. Simple, no frills effective cleaner. Super lightweight at about 8lbs, easy to maneuver, and the fact that I can clean hard floors and refresh my area rugs simultaneously is a win. Cleanup is surprisingly easy. Be sure to rinse the filter, empty and clean the dirty water tank immediately, and remove the roller to dry and wipe down the compartment of any residual debris. The solution that comes with it smells amazing. While is has a small tank, it is extremely efficient with water/solution management. While is lacks the bells and whistles of my Roborock Dyad Pro, the only real cons are the battery life/no swappable battery, edge cleaning, or air drying options or even a space for the brushroll to be placed on the base to dry manually. Fortunately I purchased a bundle with an extra roller. I was able to clean the 5 rooms of the first floor I need to before the charge ran out. Keep in mind that the self cleaning won't operate until it's recharged enough to power up. I really like cordless, but If you have a larger house, opt for the corded model instead.

I bought this for light cleaning on a laminate floor in my kitchen/dining room. It is approximately 250 sq feet. I had intermittent charging problems from the beginning. I thought maybe it wasn't sitting correctly in the base. I thought maybe this was just a design flaw and dealt with it. Honestly, it was a pain to keep checking it, and adjusting how it was sitting in there. Even though it showed fully charged, it obviously was not. It worked long enough to clean a small area. but ran out of power, and it shut off. Again, I figured it did a portion of what I needed it to do, but was disappointed in the battery life. I'd recharge it and finish the other areas. I should add that the self cleaning function also worked intermittently which resulted in changing the roller often. I'm starting to think I received a lemon. I have not had this 6 months and do not use it more than a few times a week. Right before it died completely, while cleaning the same sq ft area, water started coming out of the vents, above the receptacle. It was obviously dirty water. (Yes, the dirty water receptacle was empty when I started). I pulled the receptacle out and put it back in, but was hesitant to try it without letting it "dry out." I let it dry out, even using the cool setting on my hair dryer, around the vents. 2 days later, I placed it back in the base to charge. The indicator light on the left side of the panel lit up as if it was still fully charged, then would shut off. I tried it again. It had limited power. It ran a few seconds, and shut off. The lights on the panel started flashing red. One indicator light says rug mode, and the other says receptacle full. I have never used the rug mode as I don't have rugs. The receptacle is completely empty. I'm the type of person who will not complain or send something back right away without troubleshooting it. I've been troubleshooting this for awhile. I've even watched various YouTube videos, but can't figure out the problem. Of course I do not have the box to send it back at this point. Guess I should have returned it immediately instead of assuming it was a design flaw, and had a very short battery life. I am planning on contacting Shark Customer Service. However, I'm wondering if anyone else has experienced this?? Update: just got off the phone with customer support. After she connected to my phone via video, she watched me go through the various troubleshooting steps available to her. The final result was to buy another roller and a new plastic roller cover for something that has never worked properly. I don't believe a new roller (I have extra used ones than are clean) and a new plastic roller cover is going to solve a charging and short run time issue. And, of course the not running for more than 3 seconds now. But, I will also bite the bullet and follow the instructions so that I can call back again and go through another 30 min video call that probably will not solve the problem. I also showed her the problem of it lighting up in the base and then turning off. My advice: either don't buy it or send it back right away if you experience any issues. I will not be purchasing another Shark product.

I did lots of research before purchasing this. Over and over every reviewer that tested suction rated this machine #1. It was also the lightest by far. Each reviewer claimed it was the loudes by far. I will tell you it is no louder then my Dyson stick vac or my corded shark vac. I was expecting it to be crazy loud and it wasn’t. It’s ability to clean out weighs any of my concerns over the sound it makes. I have a big home and I am able to clean all my floors easily with one charge. It is so lightweight I carry it up and down the stairs with out a problem. I love that it has a cleaning cycle as well. My only complaint is that it moves along so easily it pulls itself forward and when I bump a wall occasionally the front plate over the brush pops up and I have to reposition it. (Minor problem) really that is just a matter of getting use to operating it. COMPLETELY HAPPY WITH MY PURCHASE!!! My floors are so clean. Buy it you will no be disappointed.

Très pratique à utilisé et à nettoyer après utilisation, juste le réservoir d'eau un peu petit pour faire toute la maison.

It does it job, I only use it to clean around now. Had an issue with it (Detector was saying that I didn't have any water/disinfectant in the tank when it was not the case) but contacted the customer service easily and they sent replacement parts that I just had to switch with my original unit

brand new fresh out the box leaves streaks all over the floor an old mop did a much better job i will be returning this product

La amo, aspira y trapea increíble, es todo lo q esperaba. Sin embargo me acabo de terminar las 2 soluciones limpiadoras con las q venía ( marca shark ) y no las venden en México en ningún lado, y la misma marca recomienda no usar otros limpiadores q no sea ese ya que puede descomponer el equipo. Pero entonces q esperan q haga?

Se usaba una vez por semana, la batería está durando muy muy poco y en ocasiones no se carga
