I tried these from a discount store 2 years ago and found them here on Amazon during the holidays...they were very minimally broken as there is a cardboard fitting now, and there is a plastic wrapper around the tin for security. These are almost as good as a cookie shop in Little Italy, NYC. I wish they sold the plain ones in bulk as they are good as biscotti in the morning! Try not to eat them up too quickly!

The cookies were dry and did not have a good taste. I always taste test food gifts before I give a gift. Thank goodness! I always have good luck ordering cookies and candy gifts from Amazon unfortunately this was not the case with these Italian cookies very disappointed.

The cookies are very good but there are not more than six all total that are in one piece. The cookies arrived broken and smashed

The way these are packaged, so that all cookies are just loose in the tin, makes them all taste the same.

I got these cookies for my 90 year old Mother for Christmas. She opened them Christmas eve and they were a mess. A whole lot of them were broken. Crumbs all over the place. They were a mess. They're weren't any paper cups, the cups that hold them in place. I won't be buying them again. It was sad because they were a Christmas present for my mother.

Very nice flavor and texture of cookies. Well worth the price. I'm giving one star less because they're not the BEST cookies I've every tasted. However, they make a very reasonably-priced but good quality gift.

Cookies are all broken and looks like the can was shaken in a blender. Appears disgusting and unappealing. Who could you possibly present these cookies to guests.

I was worried because of some of the bad reviews and pictures. But I was happily surprised when I received mine. The tin was in perfect condition and so were the cookies. Not a single one was broken. It's a very nice selection to set on a table or give as a gift. I recommend and might buy again :)

These cookies are a disaster! They are all tossed together in a can, not wrapped at all and they are stale and crumbling and inedible. DO NOT BUY THESE COOKIES.
