What I like about Motions relaxer is that it makes the hair manageable and soft without that overly processed look/feel. I believe Motions may be discontinuing this product as I am having trouble finding it on the shelf. I ordered the regular strength but was sent super. Anyway, I left it on for less than 5 minutes and it did its work. Still the best for relaxing my hair.

This product is a great buy and the only relaxer which after serveral uses continues to straighten my hair w/out a lot effort or breakage. Usually a relaxer only straigtens my hair once or twice, and then never again after. They always burn like crazy. This one seems to be the most gentle and the only one that will continue to work. It does tingle and sometime burn, but not as bad as other relaxers I've used. I started using this some years ago when a friend suggested it to me and have stuck w/ it every since because it works and has a great line of other products to go w/ it that are great for my hair type. The only problem I have is the amount of relaxer. I've been buying the smallest continer, but since my hair is very thick and has grown out so much this is onlly enough for one application. If you have long thick hair like I do you might want to get one of the bigger sizes as I will next time.

I have very tight curly red hair in the back of my head and just frizz for the rest of it. I can not wear it curly because no matter how much product I put in my hair it curls right up to my head. I do straighten with a flat iron, but it doesn't last. I bought this product hoping to relax my curl a little to make my hair manageable. I have gotten my hair chemically straightened in the past, but the product was discontinued. I only used this product on the back of my head one inch from my neckline as my test strip. I left it on for 8 minutes. At that time it started burning my scalp, too. The product did not straighten my hair at all. It is now 2 days later and my hair feels like straw and is breaking off. Glad I didn't spend a lot of money on the product.

Perfect name for this Motions product! This absolutely melted into my hair like a dream and when my hair was dry after blowing drying and flat ironing, it was smooth, straight and shiny! This one's a keeper!

It doesn't straighten my hair well. I am a 4A. Maybe my hair just doesn't like lye relaxers but I was still poofy and frizzy.

I don’t have to worry about buying and wasting hair product!

About this a while ago, I'm found it very very easy to use. And gentle on my scab, I would recommend this. If you are looking for a relax that to relax your Afro hair. One tube can go you 2 rounds. All depends on you or the quantity of your hair
