Works well. Accurate if contrasted with 2 of 3 electric blood pressure monitors. However, cuff is really for a very large adult. Too large for the average older person. I was going to return, but lacked time and freedom to do so.

This BP cuff is exactly what I needed to check blood pressure manually. My husband’s arm is larger than a regular size cuff which would not have given me an accurate reading. Sizing up is what is recommended to ensure an accurate read. A stethoscope is not included so make sure to buy one of those also.

I've never written an Amazon review in my life. Not even for other things that were defective and needed to be returned. But this is quite possibly the worst quality thing I have ever bought. Nothing worked. The needle wouldn't maintain pressure, the cuff poorly inflates when pumped, the velcro is so horrendous, the cuff just explodes off your arm after about 3 pumps (which barely inflated the cuff). Its comical how bad this thing is at performing the basic functions its supposed to do. Just spend a bit more money and buy a medical grade one. Monitoring your blood pressure is too important to rely on cheap garbage like this.

Doctor offices never have a cuff big enough which leads to an erroneous number. This cuff is high quality. I take it with me to doctor appointments for them to use. Its comfortable because it fits well. I have a lot of loose skin from weight loss so I need an XL cuff.

This blood pressure cuff fits perfectly on a 6'1", 235 lbs guy like me. With my wife being a nurse, I know what quality looks like, and while this isn't hospital-grade, it’s great for home use. It's not high-dollar, but it’s proven reliable and gets the job done. No complaints here!
