Cannot give this a high enough rating. I scratched my windshield scraping ice off of it. Every auto glass place I talked to said they could only replace the windshield for me. A glass repair place estimated they could repair the scratches for about $300. Just for kicks, I tried this glass polish and I am SHOCKED by how easily and completely it removed the scratches. I didn’t even use a rotary polisher- just the tiniest bit of elbow grease and maybe 20 minutes of time for the whole windshield. I didn’t think that was gonna work!! I am so happy, I need everyone to know about this product.

Works well, my windshield had a myriad of scratches from previous owners apparently not changing wipers often enough, I didn't have a polisher, just a drill and pad, but it did a pretty good job, may do an update if i get a hold of a polisher

Not impressed by this product. Had two minor surface scratches from a plastic wiper blade. Cleaned glass thoroughly and then used almost half the bottle of this polish and saw zero improvement. The scratches are still there. I think I will try someone's suggestion of using 0000 grit steel wool and glass cleaner. That (hopefully) will take these surface scratches out. (you cannot feel any surface variation when running your fingernail across the glass.) For the price this polish should have done "something"...but it didn't.

Works great, as long as you expectations are low. My windshield has minor scratches from previous owner neglecting wiper blade maintenance. Enough that seeing in the rainy dark is tough. It improved the scratches somewhat, and I suspect given enough time and elbow grease, the result would be acceptable. Where this does excel is in removing surface deposits, light and medium. If your window is etched heavily, or scratched over a wide area, you will need real cerium oxide or professional services. It removed deposits from the windows and mirrors effectively, and at some point I got bored and polished my dull headlights. I can see in my mirrors now, and the lights are nice and bright again. Overall decent performance, but nothing standard 3M cutting compound couldn't resolve.

Does a great job of cleaning and polishing

I used a rotary with a specific rayon glass pad. I worked on a specific section for 30 minutes and it didn’t make a dent. It seemed to dry up really quick too. It cleaned my windshield of water spots great but didn’t do much for wiper marks.

Impressionnant. Sur rayures de porte fenêtre légère ( très légère accroche sous l'ongle) double vitrage. Un peu moins d'une heure a la perceuse avec des pad spéciales vitre (laine dense blanc) de 75mm et un embout. Travaul propre, ne gicle pas, perceuse vitesse a 10 sur 20 en mode 1 sur 2 ) La photo finale n'est pas en contre jours mais je ne vois plus une trace quel que soit l'angle.

Ich war sehr skeptisch was die Möglichkeit angeht eine Windschutzscheibe zu polieren. Der "Alltags-Elch" hatte jedoch in den vergangenen 25Jahren so viele feine Kratzer und Laufspuren durch die Scheibenwischer eingesammelt, das die Durchsicht bei niedrig stehender Sonne oder in der Nacht, insbesondere wenn die "LED-Blender" entgegen kommen, ein Sicherheitsrisiko darstellten. Bevor ich jedoch die Windschutzscheibe komplett ersetzen ließ, wollte ich das miese Wetter nutzen und der Poliermaschine und mir ein paar kurzweilige Stunden in der Garage gönnen. Einen Satz Filzteller und die SONAX PROFILINE GlassPolish wurden wie gewohnt flott durch AMAZON geliefert (sogar in der BlackWeek zeitgemäß geliefert = RESPEKT). Die Scheibe gründlich gereinigt, getrocknet und auf ins Abenteuer. Mit niedriger Drehzahl die Politur auf einer Scheibenhälfte verteilt und dann in etlichen Durchgängen solange poliert bis nur noch ein dünner Schleier auf der Scheibe zu sehen war. Die Scheibe gereinigt und.... OHA, das funktioniert ja tatsächlich! Insbesondere im Vergleich zur unbehandelten Hälfte war der Unterschied deutlich zu sehen und zu spüren (siehe Fotos). Angespornt von dem kleinen Erfolg wurde auch die Beifahrerseite bearbeitet und poliert. Die Probefahrt am Abend zeigte dann den Erfolg eindrucksvoll: keine nervenden Lichtbrechungen mehr im Glas, die Scheibenwischer "flutschen" wieder ohne Geräusche und Ruckeln über das Glas und das Gegenlicht hat einiges von seinem Schrecken verloren. Man muss Zeit (ca.2h für die gesamte Windschutzscheibe), etwas Ausdauer und Kraft sowie das richtige Material einsetzen (Exzenter-Poliermaschien mit Filzscheibe). Tiefe Kratzer kann die Politur natürlich genauso wenig "wegzaubern" wie Steinschläge, aber die üblichen Laufspuren der Scheibenwischer und feine Kratzer, welche man über die Jahre einsammelt, bekommt man auf jeden Fall heraus poliert. Ich bin mit dem überraschenden Ergebnis sehr zufrieden!
