Great massager. I use this for lower back pain, it won't cure it but it eases the pain. Also you can put a few drops of oil into it and which helps with the massage, after just wash it with soapy water. It also easily fits into a bag for use on the go. I would recommend.

Love the colour & the shape. Visually, unlike some similar type products, this can be kept in the open without the risk of it being mistaken for a ... toy. For the price, it is a little gem. Doesn't need batteries or electric & fits easily into a handbag or back-pack. It is easy to use, simply hold the top & roll the blue ball section on tense muscles to increase blood flow to the area & relieve pain. The grip section is quite small & as it is round, it can be tricky to hold on to for anyone with arthritis in their wrists or fingers. It makes self massage quite difficult for the same reason - Areas of the neck & shoulders can be difficult to reach. If there is somebody about to help with getting to the hard to reach areas, then it would be 5 stars. Reviews are subjective though - The information given implies it is suitable for self massage. It is, but people who suffer with sore joints & muscles (target customers) often have chronic conditions which affect their grip strength & dexterity. It would be useful for anyone with a chronic condition to consider whether this item is the best option for self massage in light of any personal limitations. That said, it's handy to have around & makes it easier to massage someone's shoulders & neck etc without tiring quickly.

This is my second buy, it is brilliant good for any ach or pain. Bought it for my neck pain and for my back. I bought another one for a present.

My shoulder has been screaming in pain for the last couple of weeks, and was affecting my sleep. Purely work related, staring at a pc all day, no matter how well I set my chair/table up. Incredibly sore to touch. Jumped on good old You Tube and found some exercises, which are starting to provide some relief. But I know the value of massage, so started hunting for something that could work on small areas. Lots of great products, all looking similar but with a broad price range. Followed the reviews and found this. It’s a brilliant device. I chose the blue (other colours are available) and It looks like the top of a deodorant (what a super idea). It moves smoothly and arrived in a nice box with good instructions. I started using it in small circular motions and it started to work within 5 mins. I’ve used it 3 or 4 times a day since it arrived on Sunday. You can add a little cream/oil, but so far I have just added cream to my body, then used the device. It’s two inches height and width. There may be others, but so far I am delighted and can see that this will be useful not just for my shoulder but for many other aches and pains. Love it. Seriously good.

Although the ball is of very hard acrylic plastic, it moves very smoothly within its permanent case and it spreads soothing gels very effectively. I looked at other balls and did not like the fact that they could slip out of your hand or tire your hand quickly, this ball does neither. A satisfactory product. Recommended.

It’s easy to carry and easy to use. I suffer from backaches and cramps. This massager helps me to ease the pains.

Produit qui correspond à mes attentes, cette balle de massage est vraiment très efficace pour masser avec des crèmes de massage. Très pratique et qui se nettoie à l’eau.

La calidad y el material del producto es .... vamos a decir estándar porque no es mala tampoco. Lejos de ser ergonómica, veo muy plausible una epitrocleítis a medio - largo plazo si se usa mucho , ya que, si ejerces peso sobre ella para tratar a alguien, tu propia palma no va a sostener el agarre. necesitarás usar los dedos y aplicando peso..... se nota fatiga de narices en los mismos.
