I bought these Centrum Women multivitamins for my wife after she turned 50, as she felt she could do with a bit of extra support to keep her energy levels and general health on track. She’s been taking them daily for a few weeks now and they seem to be doing the trick. The tablets are easy to take and don’t have any unpleasant aftertaste, which is something she’s experienced with other supplements in the past. It’s reassuring to know they contain 23 essential vitamins and minerals, so it feels like a simple way to help cover any gaps in her diet. These tablets are big. So if you don’t like digesting big tablets, don’t go for these. I haven’t been taking them long enough to see any difference, but definitely a thought consideration if you want something a little more compact!

I started taking these as inwas having skin and scalp issues and nothing my doctor prescribed was helping. My skin and scalp were so dry and my hair was falling out, my hairline had receded a full inch and was patchy along my parting as well as generally thinning all over. Some of this could be accounted for by hypothyroidism but I have been on levothyroxin for years and the issues I described were comparatively recent and worsening. I tried all sorts of vitamins and supplements as well as dietary changes and hair/skin care products... this multivitamin is the only thing that has worked. I still have a dry scalp but my hair has grown back and is in a much better condition. I used to cry when I looked in the mirror and wonder if I would need to start wearing a wig or a head scarf at some point but this vitamin as reversed so much damage and made me feel so much better about my appearance. If you are having issues with hair loss and there is no medical explanation, then I would definitely recommend this product!

These vitamins are large, which I was a little worried about at first, but they’re actually very easy to swallow. There’s no strong smell when you open the bottle and they don’t leave any taste in your mouth after taking them, which makes a big difference if you struggle with tablets. Overall they’re much easier to take than I expected and I’ve had no problems taking them daily.
