Looking to lose weight and enjoy food look no further.
I love these books. My wife loves these books the recipes are tasty and generally quite healthy if you stick to the measurements and weight that Joe sets with the recipe lists. The books have a lot of detail and should be used in conjunction with a balanced exercise program for the best results. Simply put the recipes are for the most part simple and very easy to do but very enjoyable. For those who just want to spice up there meals but don't have the first idea of how do so then this is the book for you. NO MORE BLAND MEALS.

Another great recipe book I'm the range
This is the 4th book that I have bought from the Joe wicks range. I have throughly enjoyed all the previous ones and this is no different. The recipes are all easy to follow and the majority have pictures which makes it easy to see if what you have created is similar to how they have prepared theirs. I have had a number of spices and herbs that were given to me as a gift and until I picked up these books I had never used them. Even if you don't have much experience of cooking previously you will find things easy to make from the book and following some of the workouts available from the other range complements the healthy lifestyle I'm adopting.

Very tasty recipes but not necessarily good for a diet!
I bough this book after a delicious meal at a friend's house taken from this recipe book. I have made 2 or 3 dishes and find that, although very tasty, they often seem to come out 'wet', perhaps because I am using a baking dish with sides rather than a tray. I am also trying to lose weight and find it counter intuitive to roast chicken joints with the skin on. Perhaps it would make more sense if I were following Joe's fitness regime as well

Simple, yet gorgeous looking recipes!
Received my book today. The recipes are great, they look so tasty and are so normal! Sometimes you find that when books like these are released, they're full of fancy recipes that are either very expensive to make or just not something the majority of people will like. All recipes look very easy and very cheap to make, with something in there that most families will like. Yet again, Joe has brought out a great cook book for everyone and I would highly recommend it! Cant wait to get cooking!

I love Joe. I love the concept of this book until I realised that majority of the meals even I don’t find appetising. I bought this for my teenager to start cooking for us, to teach her healthy ways etc. She has managed to pick only 4 recipes out of the whole book. Maybe for people who like a lot of different types of meals it would be amazing but for us it wasn’t fantastic. I think from now I’ll go into shops and check the books before paying out for them. It’s working well right now as a phone propper-upper though.
