Q: Do i need some sort of glue for this to stick? If yes what do you recommend?

No, glue isn't necessary. Just make sure your fingers have some sort of makeup remover on them so the wax doesn't stick to them

Q: Can I just spread it on the skin if it's warmed and cut it to scar or is there another way of doing it?

If you want to make small scars I would recommend liquid latex. I use the wax for more dramatic changes.

Q: Can i put paints on top of it?

Yes, we used just normal face paints and make ups (lipstick, lip gloss and blushes) and it stayed on like it would just being on normal skin
