Good Quality, and Performs as Expected
My husband travels a lot. He is on the road, on average, 3 nights per week. Sometimes he is gone 5 nights. That is a lot of clothes to cram into his Timberland duffel (and he refuses to get a larger bag, or an additional bag). I bought this set because it was in my price point, and had six cubes. I measured his bag, and estimated the way the cubes would fit, and decided to give it a shot. After we finished his laundry, with all of his "road clothes"; on the bed, we decided to try packing the cubes. He wears fire retardant jeans, fire retardant long sleeved shirts, and a tshirt every day for work. He then usually changes into gym clothes to work out, and then something casual for dinner. He wears two full outfits (work and gym clothes) each day, and wears the casual dinner outfit twice, usually regular jeans and a polo. NOTE: The fire retardant (FR) clothing is THICK and HEAVY material. It's like duck canvas instead of denim and denim instead of shirt material. Everything is flat folded because he is a philistine and won't let me roll anything: LARGE CUBE: Three pairs of FR jeans OR four pairs of regular jeans MEDIUM CUBE: Four FR shirts OR seven polo shirts OR three dri-fit shirts AND three pairs of basketball shorts SMALL CUBE: Six tshirts OR five pairs of boxer briefs AND five pairs of socks (socks laid flat and not rolled) In each cube, I probably could have crammed a few extras, like tucking in a couple of pairs of socks or underwear with the FR jeans or shirts, etc. The zippers were sturdy, and easy to manage, and the zipper pull was oversized which made it easier to grip. So far, I have sent him on the road several times (for 3-5 days apiece) and this has definitely given him more room in his bag! My daughter is taking a month long trip around the US this summer, so I plan to help her pack everything into just a carryon with these cubes. EDITED: My daughter was able to pack enough clothes for a month-long trip using just three of the packing cubes (one in each size), plus her hygiene and makeup kit...and it all fit in her carryon! She rolled her clothes, and was able to fit more than my husband who leaves his clothes flat folded. She didn't have a problem managing her wardrobe, and often left her clothes in the cubes uncompressed when she was staying with family. I had to take a business trip and have also used the packing cubes, and really like them. I feel like we've gotten a lot of use out of them, and have bought a second set. I have packed my off-season clothing in them and stashed them in a box at the top of my closet, to give me more room! I highly recommend these packing cubes! EDITED 2: We have now had these for just under a year, and they see weekly use when my hubby is on the road. Our daughter and I have used them for "girls weekends", too. If we each use a large cube, we can pack all the clothes we need for a three day, two night trip. It slips easily into our respective weekend bags (though honestly, we could get away with just one bag), leaving plenty of room for makeup, hygiene, and jewelry bags, plus our phones and iPads. We often have enough room to bring back treasures from our trips, too. The cubes have very little wear and tear -a bit of the finish on the zipper pulls have worn away, and we had a loose thread on one of the smaller cubes (we burned it to keep it from fraying more).

These are my favorite packing cubes!
I love these!! They are my favorite packing cubes and I have been using them for over a year! We have been living in an RV for over a year now and these have been a lifesaver for organizing our children's clothes! I love them! I have other packing cubes and I simply do not like them nearly as much as this brand! I have the largest size and I'm really really happy with them. When we go on trips away from our RV and have to pack suitcases I will empty clothes out of the kids packing cubes so I can pack for our trip and oh my goodness it makes a huge difference in organizing a suitcase and fitting more than you normally would!!! I love how this particular brand has a firm rim along the edge giving you a little bit more structure than other ones on the market! I love the feel of it and the look of it! Can't say enough good about these particular packing cubes and would highly recommend! I have probably 10 of them and have never had one rip at the seam. I feel like people who have packing cubes that rip at the seam are most likely over stuffing the packing cubes and putting way too much pressure on the stitching and that's why the stitching comes apart. I can fit a lot of clothing in these packing cubes, I'm just careful to be realistic about the amount it can actually handle. The pictures show the same packing cube before it is zippered down and after it is zippered down so you can see how these packing cubes "shrink" when Fully zippered!

Great product and quality. Excellent for maximizing suitcase space!
Work well, strong zippers, definitely makes packing easier for the not-so-light packers. I took a carry-on size bag to Australia from America for 2 weeks and only did laundry once!

Alternative to nylon compression
Ok, so I like many things about these packing cubes and there are things I don’t love. The compression works well. These are made of a canvas material as opposed to ripstop nylon like most other cubes. There aren’t handles on the top of them, the zippers are the same color for the closure as the compression and the shapes are slightly odd. Most packing cubes come as sets for either carryon or check in size. These are just random sizes. I do like the small one the most. I wish they made a long one to use between the trolley handles. There are 2 lg, 2 medium and 2 small cubes. Don’t overpack the cubes or the compression will only compress the edges. I worry about the quality of the canvas and zippers and worry that the canvas material is at risk for tearing, as opposed to the nylon bags. These do have zipper pulls on all the zippers making them easier to close. I think this deal is fairly good since you get 6 quality cubes for $50. I can kind of see what’s inside the cube if I put something brighter or printed on top and that helps me to remember which is in what cube. My issue is with the sizes. I wished they were made to fit layered and stacked in my carryon, but they don’t fit like that. These are also heavier than many of the ripstop nylon cubes so that may factor into your decision. Once these are filled and compressed, there isn’t any give to the cubes so what they close to is how they’ll be in your bag, as opposed to ones made of nylon which can be compressed again with the compression divider used in many higher end cases. I think at the end of the day, it’s good to have options and having a set of nylon cubes is useful and having a set like these are useful. These work better to compress items like denim and thicker fabrics, while I like the nylon ones for shirts and thinner fabrics.

Quality and useful
I have only used these packing cubes once but they performed very well. I was able to stuff them to the max. The largest cube with compression zippers helped to contain at five pair of pants and a sweater. The smaller cubes also compress to hold more than appears possible. I would recommend.

The best travel cubes and makes traveling more enjoyable
This review is so past due because I wanted to wait to take a trip! I got the pink stripe 6 cubes. I am glad I bought these. When I got them there was strong smell and 1 cube the zipper stuck. I contacted Travel Lean explained my concerns with product. They contacted me the same day .Their customer service is superb! So, I put the cubes in the bathtub with some Downey and water for 30 minutes. Worked the strong smell gone. The zipper I finally got it unstuck. Really like the compression zipper easy to use and makes more space.Using the cubes the clothes are no longer wrinkled or scattered in suit case. Highly recommend Lean Travel great product and value compared to other travel cubes. You will not be disappointed! Get yours today and plan fun trip! If I could I would give them10 stars

Best for traveling
Just used it for my last travel and it was wonderful. Got a lot more in my suitcase and it was organized. I also like that I could see what each container was holding.

Not the cheapest but a quality product
So far, so good. These cubes work fine and definitely save space when traveling. This product is a good balance of price and product…not the cheapest but solid product quality.
