It’s helping to fill in some of the ridges in my nails and where they were scuffed and scraped, this is healing the damage. It’s oily though, unsurprisingly and I have to use it at night when I’m not going to be doing anything. A bit like nail varnish, you have to wait for it to dry. So I apply it and then read my kindle while waving my hands in the air!
