Great choice if your gums are fragile or sick, or if you are using soft brushes. This mouthwash is effectively cleaning remaining food that soft brush can not pick up. Also it's the best mouthwash I've tested against my often inflamed gums.

EDIT** 3 weeks after using and my Ginivitus has gone!!!!! I didn’t get to use my water pik as it arrived broken and I had to return it. So between this mouth wash and manual flossing my gum are healing. For many years, I had been postponing a visit to the dentist due to severe anxiety and health conditions that made it difficult for me to leave the house. However, when a 20-year-old filling fell out, leaving a significant hole in my tooth, I realised I had no choice but to seek help. I was pleasantly surprised by my experience; the dentist was excellent and quickly addressed the issue. Fortunately, there was no decay or infection—just an old filling that needed to be replaced. During the examination, the dentist noted that I had early-stage gingivitis. I instantly felt overwhelmed, but after researching, I learned that gingivitis can be reversed with proper care, including regular dental cleanings and good oral hygiene at home. Motivated to improve my gum health, I invested in a Waterpik, recognising the importance of flossing, and started learning about effective tooth cleaning techniques on YouTube. I also decided to switch to an electric toothbrush, which is essential for maintaining oral hygiene. While waiting for my Waterpik to arrive, I came across a mouthwash that I was initially skeptical about. However, after trying it for the first time, I was genuinely impressed. Very strong taste and aftertaste like from childhood- after visiting a dentist. Interesting mouthwash. It is completelly transparent and bottle itself is greyish tint to make it look like liquid is not transparent. Did notice also that gym inflammation did reduce under my bad tooth.

Very strong but it does a great job giving me fresh breath and it's good value for money. Cheaper that the shops. It just does what you want it to.

If you mix this with warm water (roughly 1:5 ratio) and use in a water flosser, the bottle stretches a long way. I like this product because toothpaste and floss are good for teeth whilst this focuses on the gums which are often forgotten about. I haven’t had any gum issues since using and it’s not a horrible taste or harsh smell.

It took me ages to find a decent mouthwash that works. This mouthwash is brilliant, tastes fine and protects the teeth and gums. Since using this, my gums are healthy and less dentist visits. I only use it once a day or every other day. The dentist recommended corsodyl and to be honest, I found that mouthwash was hyped up and I didn’t get much of a result. Try this, you won’t regret it.

I was told about this product from a Dentist who swore by it. I bought it and gave a little bit to a few people to try and they loved it too. I noticed a difference with it. I had read reviews that said it didn't work for them , but it worked for us ! Will last a long time
