yes only one. at first when arrived i was disappointed it was so floppy difficult to fly and not like the stiff frisbees of my youth. my sheepdog 8 mths old and already great retriever took to it immediately and i realized it was up to me to learn to fly it which i soon did. we still use it. fantastic design for a starter easy on the mouth. you can always progress to bigger things later on. recommend!

It does float but only just. However our dogs love putting their heads into the water to find it.

I’m guessing the idea and original flying disc was thought up/made in America and a German company now make them. It’s not unheard of. However the flying disc is great and where it was made doesn’t affect the quality of the product. Enjoy 😉
