Ladies Small Genuine Soft Leather Cross Body / Shoulder Bag (1) # 1941 - Black

I have been looking for some time for a small, lightweight cross body bag into which I can decant a few essential items from a larger handbag to take on days out and shopping trips.I wanted a style that was chic - plain and unadorned - which would complement a range of outfits from casual to smart. For me, this bag fits the bill exactly. The leather - I got black - is soft and perfectly matches that of my black leather jacket which was a rather more expensive Lakeland purchase so I'm extremely happy. The bag has four zipped compartments in all but between the two zipped compartments at the top is a handy segment - not zippered but closed at either end - formed by the aligned zipped sections which may well serve as a temporary travel card holder or handy section into which business cards may be temporarily slotted until they find a more permanent home. The bag is well finished off with lovely hi shine gunmetal hardware - much better than the plain zip finishers I'd expected for the price. An unobtrusive matching metal plaque on the lower section of the bag front reads 'Lorenz Accessories'. I can see why other reviewers have bought more of these bags in a range of colours. I'm sure I'll do the same. I find it hard to believe you could do better for the price - yet this certainly doesn't look like a bargain basement buy. I must strongly recommend the supplier, Oakgrain Leather, too. It took less than 24 hours for my bag to arrive via Royal Mail - well packaged with the sort of accompanying documentation that suggests a long standing and reputable specialist leather and sheepskin company trading since 1983. I must own up to being ridiculously picky. This bag and the supplier exceeded my expectations and it's clear from the many positive reviews that large numbers of other purchasers feel the same. Prepare to be delighted and expect to want more than one!

Thrilled with my purchase. I'm able to carry car key and mobile phone, dog poo bags, tissues and dog treats. Other reviews complained about the size, but this is clearly stated on the item description. Bag was better than I expected - nice leather, two main zipped compartments with a small space in between as well as two side zipped pockets. I keep dog treats in between the two main compartments which did cause stitching to pull away (my fault wedging my hand into small space for treats) but I was easily able to re-stitch it and it's as good as new. If you want a neat, small bag that holds all vital essentials, this is the one. Prefer this to the various dog treat pouches I have tried as cross-body strap keeps it secure so it doesn't keep dropping off my belt!! Also such good value - much cheaper than dog treat pouches. Would definitely buy another if it ever wears out (don't hold your breath as I think it will last for years.)

This is a good small size black shoulder bag in leather. It holds quite a lot (wallet, ipod, keys etc) without appearing too bulky, but it is not quite as good for holding full-size spectacles. The shoulder bag build can be classed more as "reliable" than "fine workmanship" and the design could have been a bit better with separate front and back compartments that are not fully joined together (but this does mean that more can be held in each compartment (this is hard to explain, and a side-on view when showing the bag would be really helpful). However, for less than ten pounds including postage, there is no grumble at all from me. I also have the next size up in Lorenz shoulder bag. That holds quite a lot more and is functionally better in terms of compartments in design and shape, plus it has an inside secure zip pocket. Also, the next size up is of better quality and very good value for money, If you really want something to "hold a bit more" then go for one size up.

Very good quality, looks good, very soft. It is small but that’s what I wanted for my holiday. To put all the little things you might need without having to take a handbag. Great that it goes across the body and stays close to you. Different compartments are great as well.

Bag was nice and soft to the feel, feels like leather. Only point is that is was far too small to take all the items I carry. I had to use a small purse to fit in this bag. It won't take a hairbrush. When one of the side pockets is full then it's hard to get items into the other pockets. Looks good, feels good but just no good for everyday use. Ok if just going a night out and you can put phone, lipstick and small change purse into it. Good price.

With (hopefully) summer approaching, I was fed-up with bulging pockets when dog walking, you know - car keys, phone, camera, a bit of cash 'just in case', tissues, poo bags, and recently, after someone tried to take my dog from outside a public loo, a personal alarm. I didn't want to use a normal shoulder bag so Googled 'small cross body bag' and this little gem turned up! The measurements were given, so the size was perfect, and the price! I was so chuffed I also ordered a cream one! Some of the reviews were negative but they must have been unlucky, because these are great, loads of room for all the above, very nice soft leather (they don't smell unpleasant either, which is a bonus!) and the zips are fine, they were even individualy wrapped. All in all, a premium product at a fantastic price, my cousin has already ordered a couple for herself.

I have now had this bags for a good few years and the quality is remarkable, I love it and wear it all the time. Great for those trips out when you don't need a massive bag, but want something to store the essentials - still plenty of room - much recommended

Smaller than I expected

man bekommt das was man bezahlt. Das Leder ist nicht besonders hochwertig und sieht auch nicht besonders hübsch aus aber das Täschchen erfüllt seinen Zweck und ist recht geräumig und gut verarbeitet. Optisch eben kein Hingucker die Ausführung ist jedoch 3 Sterne wert und der Grund warum ich es behalten habe.

La calidad del producto es bastante mala. A pesar de lo que ponga en la descripción, no es cuero, al menos la mayor parte del producto. No tiene ni un mes y ya se me está cuarteando. Es útil porque es un bolso pequeño, cómodo y no demasiado caro. Cuando lo compré estaba 10 euros (aunque por la calidad debería ser más barato aún).

I have arthritis so in the winter and spring i have to carry just the necessities. It is the perfect size for checkbook, wallet, 2 sets of keys, etc. The bag comes from the UK and I RECEIVED IT A MONTH AHEAD OF TIME ( I actually got it a week after I ordered it and would like to thank the seller ) and when I first got it I was concerned with the oder of it. I unzipped the compartments and let it air out for a couple of days and the oder was gone. I am now using it every day and I absolutely love it.

Borsello comodo e pratico, anche se non ci sta tutto. Lo uso principalmente per metterci il telefonino il portafoglio e le carte di credito; consigliato.
