Was not told to get by an Optician, but knowing how my eyes were starting to deteriorate and after speaking to my Mum who does use them, as she has early stage Macular disease, I thought I would give them a go. First box (3 months supply) I didn't really notice any difference, wasn't going to reorder, but thought as the price was good on Amazon and I had taken them regularly, that I would buy another box to give them a fair trial. It maybe me being optimistic, but in the last couple of weeks, I have noticed a slight improvement with my eyes (I am long sighted, so have to wear glasses for computer work and reading etc) and I suffer with what I can only describe as dry or tight eyes sometimes and slightly blurred vision in left eye. I do occasionally use standard eye drops, but recently this hasn't been as frequent, as haven't needed to. In short, I shall keep taking these as I think they are helping me.
