I shape it to have a thin "fan" behind the tooth that rests against my gum at the back. If it is not quite right, re melt in hot water, and re shape. It's just a plastic thing which feels uncomfortable in my mouth. I could not make a proper tooth with it although I have tried many times. Not worth the money. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Tricky, but worth it! *by P***D on 30 November 2016* Almost gave in, but it really works with trial and error. I made the temperature quite hot and added a teabag for about 30 seconds. I gave all the little pearls a stir with a teaspoon, once clear, (after 2 mins ish) I squeezed and moulded a little ball keeping it in the hot water. Then I pushed it onto my teeth where the gap is, pressed my top teeth onto it. After around 1 min, I took it out and ran it under the cold tap. A little trimming required, but fits great! Have made around 5 now to take me up to my actual dental replacement. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Get our of Jail free gadget *by L***X on 19 November 2020* Saved me a million % when my tooth came out and enabled me to go out without people noticing. I have now had screw ins (teeth for life) and no longer need it but it was a great temporary use.
