By far the best electrolyte tablet's ive tried so far! Others have been salty, not dissolved well, left a very funny aftertaste and frankly unpleasant / a chore to try and drink. SIS electrolyte tablet's are well priced, well packaged and come in a number of different flavours, they work well and do as they promise. Dissolve well in water, taste great and help hydration whilst providing energy. Great for sporting or every day use. Also particularly good on holidays in hot temperatures, especially if you have been indulging in holiday drinks, very good for keeping hydrated. If you havent tried or have used different brand, these are definitely worth a go.

I’ve tried a few different forms of electrolytes and this is by far the best tasting one, and very effective and nice smell. Dissolves without clumps within a few seconds.

Tastes good, dissolves/mixes well, cheaper than premade bottles of electrolyte drink, but does the exact same thing. Great hydration, great pumps, great consistent energy. I drink one an hour before training and one whilst I train. I know its not marketed as a 'pump' product, but when you have a good electrolyte and hydration level, you get great pumps when you train. Only tried the Berry flavour which is nice. Actually much nicer than other brands I have tried. Generally electrolyte drinks that arent just packed with sugar, can be a little salty, which doesnt particularly bother me, but this one is mild, and quite palatable. Would highly recommend.

I always thought electrolytes were strictly for marathon runners or elite athletes pounding the pavements for hours. Me? I can barely run up the stairs (well, not in midst of a heatwave I can't). But after a few too many episodes of feeling hot, bothered, and randomly dizzy, I started wondering if dehydration might be the culprit. Enter: ChatGPT, my online oracle. When I asked for help, they (? still not sure of their pronouns) gently suggested giving electrolytes a go. So off to Amazon I went, and these ones landed in my letterbox faster than I could say “why am I sweating just from sitting still?” They’re super easy. Just plop one in water, watch it fizz like a rehydration-themed Alka-Seltzer, and drink. I've only been using them for two days (one tablet a day), and honestly, I’ve no idea if that’s the “right” amount. I'm still a sweaty mess, but now I’m a sweaty mess who hasn't had a dizzy spell today. So maybe there’s something in it? Flavour? Couldn’t tell you. They’re meant to be mixed berry, but I drowned them in blackcurrant cordial because I’m not a plain water girl, and wasn’t willing to gamble on a medicinal taste. My hydration, my rules. So: Not just for runners - also for heat-hating desk dwellers. Easy to use. Mystery flavour masked with squash. Possibly helping with vertigo. Still warm, but marginally less worried I’ll keel over Would I recommend? Sure. If you're feeling off in the midst of a heatwave, it's a low-effort fix that might just help. 4 stars as I have no idea what it tastes like or if it works, but makes me feel like I'm doing something sporty. Kind of.

The best tasting sugar free electrolytes on the market. I am doing Mounjaro and fasting for maximum health benefits, re-setting my body completely via Dr Berg. You can't do either one of those things without electrolytes. I am not a fan of overly sweet tasting things and have tried at least 4 other brands and these i actually really enjoy to the point I miss them when just drinking water. My go to is Berry flavour.

I like it a lot. Especially in a smallish amount of water after a sport session. So nice. Not so tasty with lots of water and not so tasty to just drink on a normal day. But sooo tasty right after workout.
