Really good value when following a keto diet

Myself and my husband used these when starting keto. Found them really easy to use. We did use two at a time and always got the same result

They cheap and go purple, so provide the motivation needed on a 21 day fast... Day 5. However, the 'chart' and estimated ketone levels at different shades are printed on the side of the bottle. Glasses or a magnifying glass needed to read and even then its a struggle cos TINY print. Normally I can read labels ok without glasses. A separate chart and explanation would help for beginners. I have used others which were much more clearly presented. Instructions cover 4 different tests so are unclear and unhelpful about ketone levels.

Save your money! As some of the reviews say, the strips do not work. I've always used Ketostix, but changed to these as you get more strips for your money. That was my mistake - compromising on quality. I've used these strips daily (minimum twice each day) and the strips have provided varied results. Initially, I just thought maybe I wasn't in ketosis - but could not understand how that could be. In the end, I ordered the well known branded Ketostix, tested a sample and bingo, was in strong ketosis. Tried these at the same time with the same sample and received a negative result. The product has been kept dry and away from all humidity and in a drawer - so no chance of outside influences on its efficacy. Sadly, these are, as I say, hit and miss - which just isn't acceptable. I will not be wasting my money on this brand again.

The tests seem to work (I have no other tests to compare them to), but the numbers on the testing scale seem to be really high as when I Google the numbers it says I’m at risk of DKA and to seek medical advice immediately. Unsure if it’s correct.

Great service. The strips are easy to use and gives you the accurate result. When i started keto diet , first three days the strips didnt change the colour but on the fourth day they started showing some colours. As the days passed I could see the colours darker on the strip showing that i am fully in ketosis now. So I would recommend it to everyone.
