These lights are awesome! I have used them in prop design (I made a chandelier for a local theater), and this year I used them in Christmas tree decorations (sorry about the picture of the tree - I don't think I had them all turned on!). But the way they flicker like real candles AND the fact that you can control them with a remote makes them so easy to use in almost any setting. They come with small stakes, clips, suction cups/hangers, and a couple snowflake holders (I wish there were more of those). Each candle takes a AAA battery, and the remote takes 2 AAA batteries (so be prepapred to buy a gross of them - Amazon's batteries are very good quality for the price). But very versatile, gorgeous, and highly recommended!

Exactly the smaller size I was looking for. Christmas tree design is much better quality and more attractive than expected. Includes instructions which are difficult to decipher, but if you keep at it the timers do work. Be patient. Not sure about battery life yet. Takes two AAA batteries and has lasted almost a week, timed for six hours, without visibly dimming. Like them!

Very pleased with the size and how they look on our Christmas tree. It is so much easier to place them and space them out on the tree since they are battery powered and no wires connecting them.

A amazingly great addition for Christmas decorating. Several ways to mount. On/off, timer, standard flame and flicker flame with a remote control.

All of the candles worked, so that was great, and the flicker looks very realistic. I have cats, so I needed the suction cups, and they were perfect. The remote worked well, too. The big problem was how small the "flame" appeared, looking at my house from the street. It was certainly visible, but the neighbors/others I've seen would sort of fill the window with a glow, where these are just a small, flat dot of light. It was a big disappointment, and I'll probably shop for something new for next Christmas. From inside the house, though, it did look just like real candles were burning. The batteries lasted about four weeks, running about five hours a day, set on high and on a slow flicker.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE my Christmas Candle Lights. I have a large tree and it usually takes me hours to put up my lights. First untangling everything and then actually wrapping the string of lights (I used to have 4 seperate strings). Then there was finding a way to connect all of them to a power pac and plugging them in. and finally trying to hide all the cords and hope that they don't start a fire under my Christmas Tree skirt! Last night I put my new lights up in less than 20 minutes! I placed some on the end of each branch and then placed some "inside" the tree. I wasn't restricted by the cords so I placed them anywhere I wanted, They are heavier than regular lights so I placed the on two branches pulled together, easy on an artificial tree. A real tree would be stronger I think and it wouldn't be necessary.
