Does it store more than one bottle cap? And if so how many?

It does not store the caps... There is a magnetic at the bottom that holds the cap when you open the bottle to make it easier to remove, that’s it...

Does it open screw caps too?

it is for opening pressed bottle caps and will open any cap of that type, if you can open the cap with a standard bottle opener then this will work whether or not it will also screw open.
