what are the ingredients please ?

It's hard to read off of the blue container especially with my old eyes, however it looks like: Water, Glycerin, Stearic acid, Ammonium Stearate, Ammonium Borate, Dimethicone Ceteth-10, Laureth-4, Paraffin Wax, Hydroxpropyl Methylcellulose, Allantion, Octyldodecyl Sterate, Diazolidinyl Urea, Iodopropynyl Butylcarbamate. Whatever all this means all I know is that it works for me......

Is this cream good for preventing hard skin build up???

That’s a difficult one. I’d go so far as to say it’s the best foot cream I’ve ever used but I don’t suffer badly with hard skin. It certainly keeps my feet in good condition.
