I've been taking this vitamin D3 supplement daily, and it's made a noticeable difference in my energy and mood, especially during the winter months. I always choose the D3 form of vitamin D as it’s the most effective for the body. Solgar’s Vitamin D3 is sourced from lanolin (from sheep’s wool), which is the same form our body naturally produces from sunlight, making it highly bioavailable and effective. The formula is clean gluten free, sugar free, and with no artificial colours or flavours. Each tablet provides 1000 IU (25 µg), the ideal daily dose to support bones, teeth, muscle function and the immune system. With 180 tablets you get a full 6 month supply, and the tablets are small and easy to swallow. I’ve tried other brands before, but Solgar stands out for its purity, quality and trustworthiness.

I never rate these things on wether they work or not as they’re different on everybody, I will however say that it came intact, well wrapped and in a decent glass bottle fully sealed with the contents intact.

I appreciate Solgar selling vitamin D3 separately from K2. The reason being my blood work showed my doctor that when I buy things over-the-counter it'll have too much of one or not enough of the other and I can't ever get the one that's combined correct. So she suggested me buying vitamin D3 from Solgar separately from K2. So I bought both of them separately and both from Solgar. Now I'm getting the exact amount I need. I've been a user of Solgar products for a long time and I've always been pleased with the quality. Plus I have a hard time with digestion so these really work well because they digest easy. And I don't think the price is terribly bad. No side effects or anything. Win-win!

Vitaminas con los componentes necesarios.. sin excipientes raros. Paquete llegó en buen estado. Bote de cristal. En mi caso me ayudó a subir la vitamina D, aunque debo decir que en gotas me la reguló más rápido, pero eso ya depende de cada cuerpo.

El bote llegó bien cerrado y sellado. Junto con las cápsulas viene un algodón para evitar que se deterioren en el transporte. Son perfectas para un aporte extra, no es ningún sustituto alimenticio. Mi recomendación es tomárselo después de unos 30 minutos despierto y haber tomado ya un vaso de agua. Las tomo junto con otros complementos. Hay quienes notan más energía, en mi caso no ha sido así. Entiendo que también influirá si lo complementas haciendo deporte, en mi caso ya lo practicaba por lo que quizás eso pueda ser la diferencia con otros comentarios.
