It could be charged and still dies. Acts very slow. Also just freezes out of nowhere

This tablet far exceeds my expectations, and I bought my eldest a similar design a few years ago. The interface is a lot simpler and the touchscreen is more responsive. Can’t wait to share on Xmas day

Received this on August 20th and it no longer turns on. It had a short battery life already and dies super easily, and would need to be charged more frequently. A few days ago it was working perfectly fine and then died out of no where and now doesn’t turn on at all even after I’ve tried multiple charging cords. The pre downloaded kid features are great however I bought them at lifetime value and can no longer access them due to the tablet no longer turning on even tho I had it plugged into a charger all day. I bought this seeing the mixed reviews and should’ve paid more attention to the negative ones.
