I didn't have a disk either. However I checked Tecknet's website and you can download the software and manual from there. I've just installed it now. It appears to be software used to load and save settings and profiles. No wires getting in the way. Looks good, the design has been done well for using, buttons placed in reach. I love the colours and you can save batteries by switching them off if you want.
