Saltstick Fastchews - Pack of 10 Chewable Electrolytes - Tart Orange

First time using these during a recent ultra marathon - the boost to energy and clarity after taking was astonishing. Taste very pleasant, easy to take - just chew. Fast acting. Very happy to recommend.

Packet is easy to open and is small and fits into a back pock of running shorts. You can swallow them whopemor chew for the flavour. I used them for a hot weather ironman. Took one every 20mins on the run (32c for the first two hours). And had no stomach issues at all and never cramped or faltered.

Bought these for ultrarunning, as I only wanted to put water in my bottles. I really like them, I don't suffer from any cramp or significant muscle soreness, so I assume these along with water are keeping my electrolytes in balance in long runs. Will be using from now on and would recommend.

Die Tabletten sind gut beim Laufen, schmecken und tun ihre Wirkung. Leider sind sie im Vergleich zu anderen Produkten viel zu teuer und noch dazu muss man sie vor dem Rennen umverpacken weil man es im Laufen nicht schafft, hier noch eine Tablette rauszufummeln aus der Alufolie.
