I have a torn rotator cuff and lots of joint damage in my shoulder. Lots of discomfort** A: I don’t think you would want to wear it all night. The Ice pack stays cold for less than an hour in summer temps. I have used it for relief after torn rotator cuff surgery. It is the best ice pack I have had for the shoulder.
