Possibly the best part about this spatula is the fact that each edge, left, right and front are beveled down and razor sharp. Some reviewers complain that they cut themselves so be careful. However, you’ll soon learn to love this as it makes scraping the burger from the chapa so easy and very satisfying all at the same time. All in all, a very well thought out tool. Superb! Nice and weighty, perfect for grill plate action on the BBQ. I've been smashing burgers with this and it excels in that task. Handle is rather plastic-y but is of high quality and insulates from heat very well and will last as long as me, perhaps longer.
