I previously tried a similar product with 360 gel caps for a little bit more money. This one seemed twice as potent, but turned out to be twice the dose. When I bought the prior caps I had already found the most potent dose for gel caps I could find. I've tried pure oil you take with a spoon but couldn't keep swallowing it each morning, so caps it has to be!. So this has a few caps extra, was cheaper and matches the dose of my former staple. It hasn't repeated on me with fishy burps, although I think my stomach has got used to me dropping in some Omega 3's each morning. Everybody should take Omega 3, not just for joints as you age but simply because a western diet is far too high in Omega 6 and 9, which are inflammatory, while Omega 3 is anti-inflammatory. Many people think you can balance this with diet, but if you eat an avocado for healthy fats, you just consumed so much Omega 6 that you'll be hard-pressed to eat enough foods to balance out with Omega 3. Even healthy foods tend to have an abundance of Omega 6 and 9. Having a diet that is too inflammatory or anti-inflammatory is bad for you, and mostly we all are in the former camp, no matter how healthy we try to eat. So a product such as this is the way to go. Omega 3s also aid learning, slow mental decline,help with concentration and focus, and are used by the brain as fuel for thinking making them an invaluable way to avoid brain fog and stay on form mentally. So these do all that and are excellent value for money. What more do you need?

After reading into the numerous health benefits of fish oil supplementation I found Xellerate to be the best value for money whilst still containing good amounts of EPA. The capsules are large (being a relatively high dose at 1000mg) but easy to swallow. The product was dispatched by the supplier promptly and they emailed me to ensure it had arrived and everything was too my satisfaction. Over all I have no qualms giving this product a 5 star review and would certainly recommend it to friends.

In short, the difference is the strength of the two types of fatty acids, EPA and DHA, which are said to help promote healthy heart function including all round circulation, along with other important parts such as the brain and nervous system. I'm sure to most of us, all of our body is important, and to me these are on a pretty high end of desires for a happy and healthy life. The cod liver oil I was taking once daily had an EPA of 90mg and a DHA of 80mg, and with Xellerate you get an EPA of 180mg and a DHA of 120mg, so I'm giving them a whirl. This product arrived in good time and looks to be of high quality. I also like having all of the capsules in one container, rather than the bags that some suppliers use.

If you're looking at fish oil you're probably aware of the benefits. The quality of the gels seems good, I don't get the strange fishy breath after taking them. This is a big bottle of tablets. The problem you'll find when bulk buying fish oil is that they tend to 'melt' after a few months if the container they're kept in is no good. The bottle they're provided in is solid and doesn't have a gimmicky opening system that will be susceptible to letting moisture in. I would recommend.

I took Cod Liver Oil in capsule form for many years and then, because the brand I was using increased in price, I stopped! I recently decided that it may be a good idea to start taking them again.......creaky joints, slow brain, poor memory were behind my decision. I saw these offered on Amazon at a good price and enough (if taking 3 per day as I am) to last for at least 4 months! Have now been taking them for several weeks and I have really noticed a big difference and lessening of my problems quoted above! I woukl heartily recommend them to anybody (except vegans/vegetarians, due to gelatine shells) Although they are quite large they are still easy to swallow, too - and no fishy taste ;0)

The product itself is fine and I was pleased to get a year's supply until I saw the expiry date. I started taking time a few days ago and although they are big I found them easy to swallow and no nasty after taste. Unfortunately this pot expires in May and I can't find a way to contact the seller .

The contradictions are as follows based on the product label on the actual bottle received: 1000mg and the EPA/ DHA levels are given per serving NOT per capsule. The serving is stated as 1-3 capsules so it's impossible to know how much you are ingesting. If you take 1-3 capsules a day as suggested the bottle provides either 6 months or 3 months supply i.e. NOT 12 months. Nowhere on the bottle does it state manufactured in the UK or indeed give any country. As this would be a huge selling point the only reason for omitting it would be if it is NOT manufactured in the UK. In addition to these important contradictions, which were the reason I bought the product, there is no mention of the safety or processing of the oil.

Achat principalement dans le but d'accelerer une guerison de symptome dépressif, et de carence en Omega 3, j'ai directement commencer avec 2 gelules par jour, l'effet de bien-etre à etais quasiment immédiat, meilleur sommeil, meilleur réveil (sans anxiété), puissant calmant des glandes surenales et de cortisol (hormones du stress), et une sensation de boost de l'humeur, un coup de fouet pour ma part... j'étais perplexe quand aux effets possible, mais je suis bluffé, c'est a se demander si la dépression serait pas d'abord une carence en Omega 3... en tout cas aucunes odeur, aucun maux d'estomacs, ou de "rots" qui sent le poisson... gélule un peu grosse à avaler, mais c'est pareil pour toutes les marques il me semble. si les effets positifs continue, j'en reprendrait une boite, gros avantage de 365 gélules à très bon prix ! et de très bonne qualité !

D’altronde sono ben 365 softgel (la classica conformazione delle perle di olio di fegato di pesce) di generose dimensioni e, considerando un’assunzione “base” di una perla al giorno, possono garantire una copertura di un anno intero. La casa (NuuNutrition) ne raccomanda comunque da 1 a 3 al giorno, sempre da assumere durante i pasti. I contenuti (per softgel) non sono male: - 180 mg di EPA - 120 mg di DHA Ricordo che gli EPA (acido eicosapentaenoico) e i DHA (acido docosaesaenoico) sono i derivati metabolici dell'acido linolenico (Omega 3), e si contraddistinguono, oltre che per i generali effetti benefici sull’organismo, per differenti aspetti su cui vanno ad agire. Persino assumendone 2 capsule con una sola banana, dove altre marche mi creavano reflussi di pesce, queste, zero assoluto. Penso che le ricomprerò ancora.
