I liked the strength and quantity of Solgar Triple Strength Omega 3. Solgar are known for quality supplements. I’m usually okay with big capsules, the solgar capsules are the biggest capsules I have ever seen, I do find it a struggle to take the two, recommended dose at once one after the other. It has only been a couple of days since I have started taking them so Its too soon to say I have noticed any difference.

I’ve tried a few different fish oil supplements, but I’m really happy with this one. It’s been a game-changer for me. The triple strength is noticeable because I feel like I’m getting a solid dose of Omega 3 without having to take a ton of pills. I’ve been taking these for a couple of months now, and I’ve noticed my focus at work has improved. I’m often glued to a computer screen, so supporting my brain health is super important to me.
